Approval of the Auditorium Renovation: A New Beginning
Receiving the tender for the renovation of the Jobed Ali Auditorium was an honorable responsibility for our team. The first crucial step toward successfully completing this renovation was obtaining approval from the local administration. Without the guidance and approval of UNO Sharif Asif Rahman, it would not have been possible to commence such a significant project.
After being awarded the tender, our initial task was to present the current state of the auditorium and the proposed changes to the UNO. In a meeting at his office, we provided detailed information regarding the design, project timeline, and budget. The main objective of our plan was to preserve the historical architecture of the building while incorporating modern facilities that would support the cultural development of the local community.
Recognizing the importance of the project, the UNO quickly granted his approval and expressed his confidence in our proposal. His support and guidance were instrumental in moving the project forward. With the approval in hand, we were able to begin the work immediately, ensuring that the project was completed on time and to a high standard.
